Our offices and staff are dedicated to our clients. We use the most up-to-date hard-copy and computer software available, including Mitchell Connect, E-Claim, and Audatex estimating systems.
We use various online research tools and resources to provide the most accurate and current valuation results as possible.
Our estimating systems are linked to provide the most cost effective damage estimates, with updated OEM retail pricing, while our appraisers take into consideration possibility of certified aftermarket parts, or used LKQ quality replacement parts if applicable to your needs or insurance claim policies and common practices.
